Frequently asked questions
What exactly does Plan Esencial include?
Group life insurance of $200,000 pesos for natural death, $200,000 pesos for accidental death (paid as double indemnity) and a $35,000 pesos funeral benefit covering spouse and children (up to 4 direct family members). Plus: lab check-up, dental, vision, emergency ambulance, telehealth, phone helpline and access to the PUM! platform. Options with higher coverage amounts are also available.
How many employees do I need?
A minimum of 20 employees. The bigger your team, the lower the price: from $89 down to $69 pesos per employee per month, plus VAT. For 500+ employees we put together a custom quote.
How much work is it for HR?
Up front, you share your employee census (name, date of birth and mobile number) and sign the contract. After that, HR processes adds and terms in real time in PUM!, with no emails. If you prefer, we do them for you. We handle employee support on WhatsApp.
Does the marketplace cost the company anything?
No. Each employee chooses what to buy and pays by credit or debit card. If your company prefers, payroll deduction can be set up: we send you the deduction amounts each pay period or integrate with your payroll system.
